The free domain is only available for hosting plans of 12 months or longer.
Monthly plans and WP 16 AI Beginner are not eligible for the free domain.
The free domain must be set as the primary domain for the purchased hosting plan. Customers must choose their domain name at the time of sign-up.

The Free Lifetime Domain applies only to standard domain extensions mentioned in the pricing table and does not include premium domains.
All WP 16 AI hosting plans come with a 100-day money-back guarantee, except for the WP 16 AI Beginner plan, which is not eligible. Refunds apply to hosting fees only and do not cover domain registration, add-ons, or setup fees.
AI SEO Tool only available in Ultimate plan. AI-powered optimizations enhance performance but do not guarantee specific SEO rankings or traffic growth.
Backups are included in all WP 16 AI plans, but restoration is provided on a best-effort basis. Full data restoration is not guaranteed. For more details, refer to the Exabytes Terms of Service.
Features such as Dedicated Account Manager are available only for WP 16 AI ECommerce and Ultimate plans.
